Richard B. Gulley

Trustee Emeritus

Rick Gulley worked with Alliant Insurance Services Inc. for over 30 years, and is currently retired. During that time, he served as Executive Vice President and CEO. Gulley received his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Louisiana State University and his M.B.A. from Loyola University.

He is active in the San Diego community, and is a member of Downtown Rotary, a past president of the Anza Borrego Foundation, and a Directors Cabinet member of Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Gulley is a board member of the San Diego Parks and Recreation Board, the National Marine Mammal Foundation, and President of the Torrey Pines Conservancy. He resides in Rancho Santa Fe, California, with his wife, Tory, and has one adult son, Luke.
